Customer service provider for Fortune 500 companies. While at [24]/7 (now 247.ai), I worked as the technical lead/coder and architect on a service that allowed switching communication between various channels. This micro-service utilized node.js based RESTful API allows for a conversation to be switched from one mode to another like, from a voice application to an online chat session.
I also worked on and helped design a Facebook Messenger based customer support interface to the [24]7 automated and human chat system.

Hovee was going to change the way you commute. Hovee's intent was to bring its members a way to shape their commute in a fun, social and professional way, by contributing to the saving of our environment.
At Hovee, I was the technical lead on their web-based application utilizing the EmberJS framework.

While at Nuance, I was technical lead, designer, and developer of tools utilizing Java, HTML, XML, JBoss, Spring, Javascript, and AngularJS. Such as a log management system that copied text and audio files 24/7 while using a heuristic algorithm to reduce the load on servers during peak periods.
