Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at [24]/7

January 2015 - February 2018

Customer service provider for Fortune 500 companies. While at [24]/7 (now 247.ai), I worked as the technical lead/coder and architect on a service that allowed switching communication between various channels. This micro-service utilized node.js based RESTful API allows for a conversation to be switched from one mode to another like, from a voice application to an online chat session.

I also worked on and helped design a Facebook Messenger based customer support interface to the [24]7 automated and human chat system.
